Our first time here and boy were we pleasantly surprised with the best Mexican food in Jackson. I normally just get street tacos, but was feeling sad for some reason, it was so good and I am so glad I wanted it. My wife and son got street tacos and pounded them. My wife says these beat our previous favorite and I have to agree. We also had the queso dip and it was so good (double dip it with their house salsa!). I had a double espresso to drink and my wife had a taro frappe, both were flawless. The presentation on the food was perfect and the radishes were surprisingly great with Mexican food, didn't know that! Will I come back? Probably next week and the week after that and so on. One of the owners talked to us at the table for a few minutes and he was nothing but genuinely kind and full of smiles. You should come here and get some good authentic Mexican food, you will not be disappointed.

We are here for the first time tonight and everything was amazing! Definitely try the Papas Monterrey…..so good. I got several types of tacos (pastor, carne asada, shrimp, and tripa) and they were all amazing. My husband got a burrito half the size of Texas called the especialidad azteca that is probably 3 meals worth of food. Will definitely be back!

Ok listen up Jackson... You want the best food you have ever tried??? I found it!!!! Our waitress Angelica was wonderful we took her suggestions on menu items and we were not disappointed. Some places CLAIM to be authentic, but I'm from southern California, and I know authentic. This is the ONLY RESTAURANT THAT IS AUTHENTIC!!. I can't praise the food enough I think about it daily..

Tacos are flavorful and fresh, all the meat is well seasoned. I especially loved the chorizo and Carne Asada which were juicy and flavorful. Their hot sauce is spicy enough but still flavorful and compliments the foods. Cappuccino was perfectly balanced with a hint of cinnamon. Menu has great options for everyone and I can’t wait to come back and try it all! Staff was really kind and welcoming. Layout is a bit confusing when you come in but is cozy and has a nostalgic, cozy vibe.

This place is amazing. I’ve been all over the USA and Mexico and this food is authentic,delicious,flavorful and juicy. Very reasonable on the price as well. Please try for yourself and you can thank me later

The place is nice, clean and staff were friendly and quick. Bathrooms were clean. The prices were ok, middle of the road because the sizes were good. Im not a fan of their orange rice, or the salsa (felt like it was too watery and lacked salt.) the cheese dip was good but not spicy. The tacos were good and the quesadilla was filling. Parking in the back.

Great hole in the wall newly open place! Great food and fancy coffee drinks also! Highly recommend you flood them with business so they can stay open! Starting a new business is hard and they’re a little hidden on Ganson street.

This spot may take the number one spot for most authentic Mexican food in Jackson Michigan. Just based on their 'street tacos' or traditional style tacos with tortillas de maize onion and cilantro. The tacos were delicious and well seasoned, the tortillas were fresh and the salsa was delicious. And weren't too greasy which can happen at some restaurants with this style of taco. I had one taco de asada and one al pastor . Both were really good. Beans and rice we both done well. I will definitely be back to try more of their food. Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere could use some sprucing up but with delicious food I don't think the atmosphere matters much.
